My Book Made Me Think

So right now I am reading "Last Night I Sang to the Monster." As I was reading, I noticed that it talked a lot about how some people have a hard time coaping with their problems. My favorite character is Zach, because he is struggling the hardest to become sober. It made me think of the people we actually overlook around us. We always walk right past the people and judge them. We say things like "Oh she's a Whore." or "I cant believe she is wearing that." Think about this... That girl on the street that you called a whore, well she was raped and is now pregnant. That boy sitting behind you that you call a "drunk" has just gotten kicked out of his home. That girl sitting on the curb that you were wondering about her clothes, she is abused at home. Somewhere in your heart you feel sorry for them, but not for the right reasons. You see, this is what my book made me think about. It makes me know for a fact that not everyone on this godforsaken planet is "Fake." And by Fake I mean that they don't care to show who they really are. I am REAL, not a fake. I love to sing and dance. I love Math and Love to write. I am REAL and I AM MYSELF.
